Z-Work Acquisition Corp. is a newly formed blank check company incorporated as a Delaware corporation for the purpose of creating a business merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. We will not be limited to any particular industry, sector or geographic region in our identification and acquisition of a business combination target.
